You do not need to explain your circumstances in your request, and we won’t discuss them further. I simply ask that you take a moment to consider whether the concession is appropriate for you, as only one place is available in each class.

This rate is intended for those on a lower income, who need to carefully budget for daily expenses, and/or who receive financial support.
