10:00 AM – 16:00 PM each day (with a 45-minute lunch break).
Join me in my studio for a two-day hands-on pottery workshop designed especially for beginners—no prior experience needed! You will be shown both hand-building techniques and throwing on the wheel.
Day 1:
Demonstrations will be given on both hand building and wheel throwing techniques. You will spend half of day one constructing a hand built item and the other half throwing on the wheel.
Day 2:
You will continue working on your hand-built creation, get to trim the base of your wheel-thrown pot from Day 1, and decorate your pieces with underglaze if you wish. If time allows you will have the opportunity to have a second go throwing on the wheel.
What’s included:
All clay, tools, glazes, and firings for up to 6 pieces.
Tea and coffee throughout the day (please bring your own lunch).
Additional firings available at £5 per kilo.
